Todd Stallings, Executive Director - Todd Stallings is a former hospital CEO and has operated large physician practice networks. He received his BSBA in Business Administration from the University of Louisville and his Master of Healthcare Administration from Duke University. In his current capacity, Todd cultivates strategic relationships with providers, vendors, and other provider groups and handles member services, reimbursement and programming issues. He was recently appointed to the Indiana Medicaid Advisory Committee.

Jean Macdonald, Director of Public Policy - Jean Macdonald is a registered nurse and received her Bachelors of Nursing from the Ohio State University and a Master's Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. In her current position, she is responsible for the clinical, regulatory and legislative issues that effect homecare, hospice and home support services.
