The HHQI Data Reports are available, but since this is YOUR data and we want to protect your property, registration will be necessary. This is a separate registration from the HHQI general campaign login where you obtain the BPIPs. Go to www.homehealthquality.org and click on the Data Access link found under “Quick Links”. If you have difficulties, the Quick Start Guide is available on the HHQI home page just under the “Quick Links”
Someone at your agency will need to register as administrator of the HHQI Data Reports—that can be anyone at your agency. It does not need to be an IT person or the quality person. Most agencies have a nurse manager or quality manager fulfill this role. Please let me know if you have any trouble registering for the data reports.
HHQI will be able to provide data on www.homehealthquality.org through the CASPER black out period. Just know the data is not risk adjusted and some data (specific to OASIS-C) will be relatively small to begin with.
